We work directly with producers, brands, agencies, casting teams, photographers, and production companies seeking professional talent with clear booking standards and dependable representation.

Booking Conditions

Standard Rates & Working Day

All actor and model rates are based on an 8-hour workday, unless otherwise negotiated and confirmed in writing by Sunscope Talent.

Overtime

  • Time-and-a-half applies after 8 hours
  • Double time applies after 10 hours

Travel Time

Travel exceeding 3 hours is billed at half-day rate, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Agency Service Fee

A 20% service fee / agency fee is added to all talent rates unless otherwise negotiated and confirmed in writing.

Cancellation Policy

For confirmed bookings:

  • Less than 3 working days notice: full fee charged
  • Within 5 working days notice: half fee charged

Weather Permit Bookings

For confirmed weather-permit bookings:

  • Same-day cancellation with immediate rescheduling: half fee charged
  • Same-day cancellation without rescheduling: full fee charged
  • Earlier weather cancellations follow normal cancellation policy

Weather permit options operate under book-or-release conditions when secondary work becomes available.

Wardrobe Categories

Lingerie / underwear rates apply to:

  • Bras
  • Briefs / pants
  • Slips
  • Pantyhose
  • Swimwear
  • Sleepwear

These categories require prior disclosure and rate confirmation.

Usage Rights

Usage rights are limited strictly to rights granted and confirmed in writing by Sunscope Talent.

Any extension of:

  • Media term
  • Territory
  • Platform
  • Paid campaign use
  • Third-party use

requires new negotiation and written approval.

Social Media Usage

Standard social media usage includes:

  • Branded organic social media
  • Standard web/social campaign placement

Excluded unless negotiated separately:

  • Paid social advertising
  • Boosted campaigns
  • Sponsored media placements

Third-Party Usage

Where third-party usage is granted, the booking party assumes sole responsibility for compliance with original agreed booking terms.

Options & Availability

The agency reserves the right to enforce, confirm, release, or adjust booking options if secondary work becomes available.

Hair Changes

Any haircut, color change, or major styling alteration must receive agency approval before the shoot date.

Advertising Conflicts

Clients must verify product and campaign conflicts with agency prior to booking confirmation.


California Payment Compliance Notice

California labor law requires strict wage payment timing for models and performers.

Under California Labor Code Sections 201.6, 204, and related provisions, payment obligations must be met within required statutory deadlines.

Booking parties are strongly advised to consult qualified legal counsel familiar with California talent compensation law to ensure compliance.
